KARAOKE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATIONS

  1. Cancellation Notice
    To cancel a karaoke booking, you must contact us at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled booking. Cancellations must be submitted via email to our office. This ensures we can properly track and respond to your request. Please note that phone calls for cancellations will not be accepted. If you prefer, we can call you back once we’ve received your email.

  2. Refund Process
    Refunds for cancellations made within the allowable 72-hour notice period will be processed on the following Monday after your request is received. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

  3. Late Cancellations
    If you cancel or reduce the number of participants after the 72-hour window has passed, no refund will be provided.

  4. Rescheduling
    Where possible, we will make efforts to reschedule your booking for an alternative date, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to explore rescheduling options.

 

ROOM CLEANING

Please note we apply a 30 minute grace period between bookings to allow staff to clean and prepare your room before your groups’ arrival. This will not have any impact on the times that you have booked for!

LATENESS

If your party is running late then please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate you, however please bear in mind if we have other bookings we cannot extend your booking out with the original time that you were booked in for and will have to charge full price. 

If you do not contact us to say you are running late we may not be able to hold your room and your deposit is non refundable.

 

BREAKAGES

Accidents happen! Please take care of our equipment, any damage or theft to our equipment or fixtures and fittings will be charged to the guest responsible for booking the room. 

 

CCTV

Please note the premises have CCTV in operation throughout the building for the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers.

 

FOOD & DRINK

We do not allow groups to bring in their own food and drink to Sing City. 

Any individual or group found to bring their own alcohol onto the premises will be asked to leave with no refund on their booking. 

 

UNDER 18s 

Guests under the age of 18 will not be allowed entry to Sing City after 8pm; this is for the protection of young persons and their overall enjoyment of the Sing City experience. Please contact our team if you are bringing anyone under the age of 18 to your booking to avoid disappointment.

 

CUSTOMER CONDUCT

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any groups or individuals that are over intoxicated or on the grounds of anti social behaviour as stated in the Licensing Act (Scotland) 2009. 

 

If a member of your group is refused entry to the premises under these grounds we cannot offer any refund on your booking.
